Seen on the company’s official website, the Oppo R15X launches silently. Featuring an in-display fingerprint scanner, the smartphone boasts a 6.4-inch AMOLED display with a notch design. Inside specs include 6GB of RAM paired with 128GB of internal storage. It isn’t confirmed yet but some reports say that it will run on Snapdragon 660 and will have 3,600mAh battery capacity.
In terms of camera specs, the R15x has a 25MP AI front camera coupled with a dual rear camera of 16MP f/1.7 + 2MP. It is also said to run ColorOS 5.2 based on Android 8.1 Oreo. Price is revealed to be at CNY 2,499 (PHP 19,407) and will be available on November 1, 2018, in Nebula and Ice color variants. Other specs and features weren’t revealed yet. Philippine pricing and availability are yet to be announced.
