
OnePlus has announced that it will unveil the OnePlus Ace 5 and Ace 5 Pro in China on December 26th. The brand also revealed the series’ design. Check it out!
Through OnePlus’ official Chinese website, the brand posted a teaser video showcasing and revealing the smartphones’ design. The OnePlus Ace 5 series will be available in three colorways in ceramic or glass finish. It will also sport a metal frame and an alert slider.
The vanilla Ace 5 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor with Adreno 750 GPU, up to 16GB RAM, and up to 1TB internal storage.
Other than that, the brand has yet to reveal the full specifications of the smartphones, but it is rumored that both smartphones will feature a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED panel, a 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide shooter, a 16MP selfie camera, an in-display fingerprint scanner, and stereo speakers.
The OnePlus Ace 5 Pro is expected to be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. It will also have a 50MP telephoto lens and 6,100mAh battery capacity with 100W SuperVOOC fast charging.
On the other hand, the vanilla Ace 5 will pack a bigger 6,415mAh battery capacity but with a slower 80W SuperVOOC fast charging. It will only have an additional 2MP macro lens.
