
Motorola has officially unveiled its latest mid-range smartphone under the Edge series in India, the Motorola Edge 50.
The Edge 50 is a durable smartphone packing a MIL-810H standard certification which is claimed to withstand extremely high or low temperature, pressure, shock, vibration, pressure, dust and salt fog. It also comes with a IP68 ratings for dust and water resistance.
For specs, it sports a 6.67-inch FHD+ 10-bit pOLED Endless Edge Display with HDR10+, 120Hz refresh rate, 360Hz touch sampling rate, up to 1900 nits of peak brightness, and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.
Under the hood, it is powered by the 2.5GHz 4nm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 Accelerated Edition (AE) with Adreno 644 GPU, 8GB LPDDR4X RAM, 256GB UFS 2.2 storage, and 5,000mAh battery capacity with 68W Turbo charging and 15W wireless charging.
Moreover, it features a 50MP Sony LYT-700C main sensor, a 13MP ultra-wide shooter, and a 10MP telephoto lens with up to 30x digital zoom at the back. At the front is a 32MP selfie camera.
The Motorola Edge 50 is priced at INR 27,999 (~PHP 19,317) and is now available in India.
