Instagram will now present their recommendation posts for users based on the accounts they follow and posts they mostly engage in. The brand new “Recommendation for you” is separated with your personal feed so you won’t get confused. It will contain three to five suggested posts.
This new feature is a big change for Instagram. Users will also see posts from accounts that they don’t follow that they might also like. It will surely make instagram-ing more exciting.
Although this isn’t the first time that Instagram made something like this, Before, you have to go to Explore section to see some recommendation posts. You can also view the activities of some accounts you follow in the “following section”.
But if you don’t like to see the recommendation posts, you can temporarily hide the section. You can do this by tapping the three-dot menu above the post, then tapping on “Hide.”
