HUAWEI’s CEO for the Consumer Business Group, Yu Richard, has given us a sneak peek of the company’s upcoming tri-foldable phone. The Tri-Foldable phone stands out with its larger internal screen and a unique folded design.
When folded, the phone measures approximately 15mm in thickness, and when unfolded, it is about 5mm thick. It sports a circular rear camera module reminiscent of the Mate 50 series and features a large 10-inch screen with a central hole-punch camera.
Under the hood, the phone is expected to be powered by HUAWEI’s Kirin 9 series platform. It is set to launch alongside other HUAWEI products in September, which might include the Nova 13 series and the HUAWEI Watch GT 5 series. However, the final marketing name for this new phone has yet to be announced.
Stay tuned for more updates as we get closer to the official launch!
