Google Philippines along with SMART-PLDT and Globe has announced that they will provide Google Station free WiFi hotspot around Metro Manila and the Philippines covering mostly the populated and heavy traffic areas like airports, bus and railway stations, markets, and malls.
There will be 50 stations to be activated before the end of February and anyone can access the Google Stations thru their mobile or computers. There is a 30-min limit on each session but anyone can log in again.
Google PH is targetting major airports first like the NAIA in Metro Manila, Davao City airport, and the Clark airport in Pampanga. On top of these spots, major highways and rail lines (LRT2 and MRT3) like in EDSA and select universities will also be covered.
The company is still working for additional areas to be covered but you can already view the major Google Station venues below.
