So, we got the smartest phones today, the Google Pixel 2 and the Google Pixel 2 XL. If you’re planning on getting one, you might be asking yourself which Google phone should you get. Should you get the Pixel 2 XL over the Pixel 2? Here is our a comparison of Google’s smartest phones.
The 6-inch screen of the Pixel 2 XL is obviously better than the 5-inch display of the Pixel 2. It actually has higher resolution (2880 x 1440 pixels), compared to 1920 x 1080 pixels on the Pixel 2. With Pixel 2 XL’s larger screen, it’s more fun watching videos and playing games.
For the design, the Google Pixel 2 and Google Pixel 2 XL sport similar designs. However, the Pixel 2 XL looks nicer because of its thinner bezels, compared to the thin bezels of the Pixel 2. The bigger variant is about an ounce heavier, taller, and wider compared to the other one.
In the camera department, nothing really changed from the Pixel 2 that they released last 2016 to the Pixel 2 XL.
Both of them have fast charging, but you won’t probably need to bring your powerbank or charger with you when you’re going out for a day. The Pixel 2 has 2700mAh battery, while 3520mAH battery on the Pixel 2 XL.
