There’s a lot of speculation about Samsung‘s next Galaxy S25 phones and the chips they’ll use.
Some reports suggest Samsung might stick with its Exynos 2500 chip alone, but others are concerned about production issues. They think Samsung might have to use both Exynos and Snapdragon chips, including the more expensive Snapdragon 8 Gen 4.
Adding to the FNNews, Samsung could try something new by using three different kinds of chips in the Galaxy S25. This might include adding a MediaTek Dimensity chip. The idea is to balance performance and keep prices reasonable, especially since the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 is expected to be pricier than before.
It remains uncertain which regions will receive which chips, so the situation is still evolving. As of now, these are all just rumors, and the final decision on Samsung’s chip strategy for the Galaxy S25 won’t be known until early 2025. Stay tuned for updates as more information becomes available.
