E3 2018: Some of the most-exciting announcements

E3 is the world’s largest event for computer and video games and related products. The event takes place on June 12-14, 2018, at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Now, we’ve gathered some big announcements and speculations from this year’s biggest gaming event.

Devil May Cry 5

It was announced during the E3 2018 that Capcom will be bringing one of the most awaited games, Devil May Cry 5, the next year 2019. The game will be available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.

Capcom has stated that “Devil May Cry 5” will mark the return of stylish action at its finest form. Hideaki Itsuno, renowned director, along with his team, is already working on the game in order to successfully launch it by 2019.

Doom Eternal

Bethesda announced a new followup game to the Doom game, which will be called as the Doom Eternal. It is going to be a sequel to the base game and will take place on Earth, instead of Mars.

Although the developers didn’t reveal any parts of the gameplay on the teaser, they said that there would be twice as many demons and the Doom Slayer will be more powerful on this installment.

Starfield

Starfield will be a single-player game and according to its developers, it’s gonna be as epic as Fallout and The Elder Scrolls. No further information about the game was released except that it is a Sci-Fi and single-player game.

Elder Scrolls Mobile

Developers of Elder Scrolls has announced the arrival of Elder Scrolls: Blades, which is the mobile edition of the game. According to Techradar, Elder Scrolls Blades will bring a massive first person RPG experience “with console quality graphics” to mobile.

Similar to the original game, users can create their own character, level up, pick new abilities, and improve them. Gamers will also be able to explore open outdoor worlds as well.

Xbox Consoles

According to Microsoft, they are developing new Xbox consoles. “Our hardware team is deep into developing the next generation of Xbox consoles, where we will once again deliver on our commitment to set the benchmark for console gaming,” said Phil Spencer, MC for Microsoft’s Xbox showcase.

Halo Infinite

Microsoft has officially announced a new Halo game, Halo Infinite, during the annual E3 event. The company has stated that the game will feature the new Slipspace Engine, created by 343 Industries solely for Halo.

Microsoft didn’t hesitate in giving some teasers during the event. They mentioned that multiple easter eggs can be spotted on Halo Infinite’s trailer. Unfortunately, they haven’t revealed a lot of information about the game itself.

Halo Infinite will be available for preorder soon as listings of the game have started going online.

Fifa 19

The next installment to the popular football franchise will be released on September 28, 2018. The new Fifa 19 trailer showcased the new  European Champions League mode. In addition, the new football game will feature career mode and story mode to tracker individual player stories.
