Cherry Mobile is looking to counter Smart and MyPhone’s promo of 888, with a pretty hefty handset of their own. Cherry Mobile reveals the Flare Lite 2 bundle for only Php799. The bundle offers free 120MB of internet access each month for a whole year.

The Cherry Mobile Flare Lite 2 isn’t exactly a hard-hitting handset, though more of an entry-level phone, with specs of the 4-inch display, 3G support and 512MB of RAM. Without the bundle, the Flare Lite 2 alone will cost at around Php1,999, so you’ll be saving up a lot from the bundle alone. Take note though that the first SIM slot is locked specifically for the Cherry Mobile SIM and is only available until April 30th.
Aside from the free data, the bundle also includes a free Cherry Mobile Prepaid SIM with 50 free texts to all networks, with facebook access and free Php10.00 load per month for the first three months, now that’s quite a deal maker right there.
