Canon PowerShot V1 Now Official

Canon has officially introduced the PowerShot V1 in Japan.

This vlogging camera features a 1.4-inch CMOS sensor, with this the camera offers better details, and richer colors compared to traditional 1-inch sensors.

Its sensor and image processing boasts 22.3MP resolution with an ISO range of up to 32,000 for still images, and up to 25,600 for video.

Under the hood, it is powered by the DIGIC X processor which is Canon’s advanced image processor used in its latest cameras.

One of its notable features is the integrated active cooling system, designed to prevent overheating during long recording sessions. Which makes it a camera good for vlogging.

Speaking of recording, the PowerShot V1 can record uncropped 5.7K oversampled 4K video at 30fps and full 4K at 60fps with a 1.4x crop.

Canon PowerShot V1 Price

The Canon PowerShot V1 is now official in Japan priced at JPY 148,500 (around PHP 57,599). There is no confirmed release date for the Philippines yet.
