TCL confirmed via Twitter that a ‘new Blackberry’ phone will be launched on Feb 25, two days before MWC2017 officially opens.

The tweet contains a gif that highlights the phone as ‘distinctly different’. Probably because the phone includes a physical keyboard.
Unofficially dubbed as ‘Mercury‘, the ‘new Blackberry’ phone was showcased at CES 2017, but no more than the actual device was provided by the company.
As for its specification, a previous report suggests that Mercury might pack a capable Qualcomm Snapdragon 625.
