Sony’s 2015 M-series mid-ranger, the Xperia M5 was one of the most earlier handsets to pack the Helio X10 chip. The Xperia M5 has been part of our list due to its various performing capabilities and its all thanks to its MediaTek Helio X10. The camera-heavy Xperia M5 was hailed as one of the best shooters of 2015 and for a good reason. To deliver a great performance in a shooting, it needed to pack a strong hardware, which the Helio X10 was able to deliver. Currently, the Xperia M5 is priced at around Php 15-16K on online stores.
Like the Xperia M5, the selfie-centric Oppo F1 Plus is no stranger to processing capability and performance and thus, the mid-ranger-focused Helio P10 plays its role. Despite being a flagship with mid-ranged chips on the side, the Oppo F1 Plus should deliver a formidable performance, seeing that the Helio P10 is a new chip and have had a lot of time in being developed. The Oppo F1 Plus is officially priced at Php 21,990 by Oppo PH.
Xiaomi’s budget-wise, Redmi Note 3 is no pushover device indeed. It carries an Helio X10 chip that keeps the Redmi Note 3 in place. Despite being a budget phone, the Redmi Note 3 is no stranger to hardware performance, as we’ve already had our fair share of time with the device, we can say it with confidence. It’s able to stand on its own for most situations and was able to even pair up with a few top Android phones in the market today. Currently, it’s priced at Php 10,500 on online stores nationwide.
Like the Redmi Note 3, we’ve also had our time with Meizu’s MX5. It packs a MediaTek Helio X10 on the side and is capable of delivering a satisfactory performance in camera and hardware. The Helio X10 played a very vital role in delivering these performance level, which primarily makes the MX5 a top-dog MediaTek smartphone. You should find the Meizu MX5 for about Php 12-13K in various online store nationwide.
Next in line is the recently introduced Meizu m3 Note. The Helio P10 chip is still new and the m3 Note is one of the early birds that was able to pack MediaTek’s mid-ranged chip. The Meizu m3 Note was recently introduced in China and hopefully, it gets introduced in the global market. Expected price of the m3 Note should be around Php 5.7K for the 2GB variant and Php 7.1K for the 3GB variant.
