We’ll start off with Asus Zenfone Max M1 that features a 5.5-inch screen display with an aspect ratio of 16:10 and 720 x 1440 screen resolution. As for the Xiaomi Redmi S2, it has a larger screen with 5.99-inch. It has an aspect ratio of 18:9 and same screen resolution with Zenfone Max M1.
Under the hood, Xiaomi Redmi S2 has a higher processor with Snapdragon 625 along with Adreno 506 GPU while the Asus Zenfone Max M1 has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 along with Adreno 505 GPU. The Zenfone Max M1 offers 3GB of RAM along with 32GB of internal storage which can be expanded while the Xiaomi Redmi S2 has two RAM and storage variants of 3GB of RAM / 32GB of internal memory and 4GB of RAM / 64GB of internal memory.
For the camera department, both phones feature dual camera setup with Asus Zenfone Max M1 13 MP + 8MP main camera while the Xiaomi Redmi S2 comes with 12MP + 5MP main camera. On the front-camera, Xiaomi Redmi S2 is superior with 16MP with AI while Asus Zenfone Max M1 with 13MP f/2.2 aperture.
