
ASUS has released the ROG Ally X in India, following its launch in China. This new handheld gaming console offers several upgrades from its previous model.
It features a 7-inch IPS LCD screen with a 1080p resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate for smooth visuals. The display also covers 100% of the sRGB color range and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus.
Inside, the ROG Ally X is powered by the AMD Ryzen Z1 Extreme processor, paired with 24GB of fast LPRRD5X RAM and 1TB of NVMe M.2 SSD storage. It has an 80Wh battery that supports quick 65W charging through a USB Type-C port. The console runs Windows 11 and has a new cooling system with better airflow to keep it from overheating.
For connectivity, the ROG Ally X includes a Thunderbolt 4 port, a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a UHS-II microSD card reader, Wi-Fi 6E, and Bluetooth 5.2. It also features high-quality audio with AI noise cancellation. The design has been improved with better handgrips, joysticks, and controls, plus a fingerprint sensor for added security.
The ASUS ROG Ally X is priced at ₹89,990 (about PHP62,099) and is available for purchase through the ROG Store, ASUS e-shop, and Amazon India.
