Sony’s mid-ranger, the Xperia M5 has garnered a lot of praise back in 2015, thanks to its capable camera features and satisfactorily hardware and software performance. The Xperia M5 packs an Helio X10, which is not a stranger in high-octane smartphone performance, as well as carrying 3GB of RAM, to balance out multi-tasking and be able to keep up with its powerful camera features. The handset should be able for around Php 15-16K through online stores nationwide.
Another entry on the list that requires that use of the extra 3GB of power for camera function is the Zenfone Selfie. The Zenfone Selfie boasts a 13MP camera pairing and is capable of delivering consistent rear and front outputs. The 3GB of extra RAM power helps it out a lot and with a Snapdragon 615 in charge of processing, the Zenfone Selfie surely does its work and does it excellently. Currently, the selfie-centric Zenfone Selfie is priced at Php 11,495.
The Vibe K4 Note recently found its way to PH shores, just a month ago and its packing a lot of heat. First off, it carries 3GB of RAM and runs a pretty decent MediaTek MT6573 chip on the side. However, unlike the other earlier entries, the Vibe K4 Note is not as camera-centric as them, which is obviously seen from its standard camera pairings, however, it does need a little boost in the hardware department, which makes the 3GB of RAM handy, making the Vibe K4 Note a decent Android phone for multi-tasking. Official SRP of the Vibe K4 Note is at Php 10,699.
The newer Redmi Note 3 Pro packs a much more serious punch than its original version, making the Redmi Note 3 Pro a more capable entry on the list. The latter packs a Snapdragon 650 chip and like everyone else on this list carries 3GB of RAM. Despite being more focused on overall performance, the Redmi Note 3 Pro can’t be counted out in the camera department, thanks to its 16MP/5MP camera pairing.
However, it seems to split its 3GB extra RAM power in camera and performance, which is understandable. It also holds a huge 4050mAh battery. Currently, the Redmi Note 3 Pro is priced at around Php 11-12K through online stores nationwide.
We could have gone with the more updated Galaxy A9 Pro, like what we did on the Redmi Note Pro, but figured, the mid-range price was better perplexed in the original Galaxy A9 variant than the Pro variant. Nevertheless, Samsung’s newest addition to the A-series family is quite a performer. It boasts a Snapdragon 652 and a decent 13MP/8MP camera pairing. Like everyone else, it carries 3GB of RAM and has a huge 4000mAh battery capacity. Sadly, the Galaxy A9 is the most expensive mid-ranger in the lists, with a pretty hefty Php 20-21K price tag.
